Wissem is a lawyer at ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, where she mainly works in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate financing transactions, while also handling various business law disputes.

Wissem holds a Master's degree in business law and a Master's degree in corporate legal and financial engineering, and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2020. From the beginning of her studies, she gained a wealth of professional experience, which allowed her to become familiar with the practical aspects of business law at an early stage.

During her training, Wissem developed solid knowledge in the preparation and execution of company takeovers, as well as in transactions affecting legal entities and internal company operations. She acquired solid skills through practical assignments covering the entire spectrum of corporate transactions: mergers and acquisitions (external growth, disposals, mergers, partial asset transfers, joint ventures), venture capital transactions (fundraising) and development capital (majority and minority investments, LBOs), as well as the implementation of incentive schemes for employees and executives (management packages, BSPCE, free shares). She is also involved in various business law disputes.

Thanks to these experiences, Wissem combines technical mastery of complex transactions with a strategic vision of the challenges facing companies, enabling him to effectively assist clients in structuring and securing their transactions from a legal standpoint.

At ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, Wissem draws on all of her expertise to assist clients with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth capital transactions, as well as the day-to-day legal management of their companies. She drafts numerous legal documents in corporate law, such as business transfers, commercial leases, lease-management agreements, and any other documents necessary for the day-to-day legal management of companies. Her extensive technical expertise enables her to secure complex transactions and propose precise legal solutions tailored to the strategic needs of companies. She also acts in various business law disputes.
