Presentation and expertise:

Théophile is a lawyer at ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, where he mainly practices business and tax law.

Théophile holds a Master's degree in business law and a dual Master's degree in business law and corporate taxation, and obtained his CAPA (certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer) in 2024.

During his studies, Théophile completed several internships and a work-study contract at law firms, enabling him to develop solid skills in business law, corporate law, and tax law, both in French and international taxation.

He has been practicing as a lawyer since January 2025, specializing in commercial, financial, and corporate litigation, as well as criminal business law.

Since February 2026, Théophile has been putting his experience and skills to work at ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, where he mainly handles business, financial, and tax litigation. He assists the firm's clients in the management and handling of their disputes, ensuring the legal and tax security of their activities and the effective defense of their interests.

Outside of his professional activities, Théophile plays competitive tennis and also works as a coach. He is interested in theater and has participated in volunteer missions in Cambodia.
