Shabnam is a lawyer at ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, where she draws on her particularly versatile background and solid expertise in business law, collective proceedings, and private law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.

With a Master's degree in business law, banking, and taxation, as well as a Master's degree in international and European business law, Shabnam then obtained her Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer and was sworn in in June 2024.

Through her professional experience in law firms and accounting firms, she has developed a strong expertise in several areas of business law, including insolvency proceedings, corporate law, banking law, tax law, and commercial law. She has been involved in a variety of cases combining advisory and litigation work, which has enabled her to strengthen her mastery of procedural documents, contract drafting, and in-depth legal analysis.
