Presentation and expertise:

Pauline joined ALQUIER & ASSOCIÉS as a legal advisor from August 2025 to January 2026, and has been practicing as a lawyer with the firm since early 2026.

Pauline holds a double Master's degree in business law and private law and criminal sciences, a Master's degree in civil procedure and enforcement, and a university degree in criminal law.

After obtaining her Master's degree, she spent two years in the United States (in Washington, D.C.) to develop her English language skills and take courses at an international language school.

Upon her return to France, she began her career as a sales support representative for a company that was part of an American group. She then joined an accounting firm, first as an intern and then as a tax lawyer, where she consolidated her skills in tax and corporate law.

Wishing to further her legal career, Pauline then enrolled at the École Régionale des Avocats du Grand Est (Regional School of Lawyers of the Grand Est) to study for the Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer (CAPA).

Through her professional experience and internships, Pauline has developed a diverse practice in tax law, corporate law, wealth management, commercial law, contract law, general civil law (real estate law, inheritance law, insurance law, etc.) and administrative law.

She has gained practical experience in both advisory and litigation matters.

At ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, Pauline works on a wide range of issues in civil law, tax law, and business law. She participates in the drafting and analysis of legal documents, monitors civil, administrative, and commercial proceedings, and assists clients in resolving cases involving complex and cross-cutting issues.

Thanks to her dual expertise in civil procedure and business law, she combines technical mastery with strategic vision, enabling her to secure transactions, anticipate risks, and propose solutions tailored to clients' practical needs.

Outside of work, Pauline has cultivated her passion for martial arts (Sambo, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) since childhood and for running, which she took up as an adult and has been practicing for over ten years.
