Presentation and expertise:

Mylène is Legal Manager at ALQUIER & ASSOCIES.

She holds a Master's degree in Business Law and a Master's degree in Business Law and Corporate Taxation from the Faculty of Law of AIX-MARSEILLE. she completed her training with a one-year apprenticeship contract and a six-month internship at law firms specializing in tax law, thus gaining experience in tax and business law while still a student. These experiences allowed her to become familiar with drafting legal documents, complex legal analysis, and managing a variety of cases.

She then held the position of legal manager for nearly seven years at an accounting firm, where she consolidated her expertise in corporate law, taxation, and accounting, and acquired solid knowledge in labor law, service management, and team management.

Today, Mylène brings her experience to ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, providing legal advice and drafting and analyzing various legal documents covering corporate law, business law, and tax law, while also being available to advise on labor law issues. At the same time, she monitors and manages teams, coordinates internal projects, and supervises the firm's administrative and logistical operations, including invoicing and file management, in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations and maintain a structured and effective environment for clients and teams.

Outside of work, Mylène cultivates her creativity and well-being through walking, hiking, drawing, photography, and her passion for travel, activities that allow her to recharge her batteries and fuel her personal inspiration.
