Presentation and expertise:

Marine is a lawyer at ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, where she works in the broad field of business law, providing both advisory and litigation services.

With a Master's degree in business law and corporate taxation from Toulouse Capitole University and a Master's degree in clinical teaching of business law from the University of Nîmes, Marine focused her career on business and tax law from an early stage. She obtained her CRFPA (Certificate of Aptitude for the Practice of Law) in 2022, specializing in business law, and then joined the Bar Training School, where she completed her training between 2023 and 2024.

During her university studies, she gained extensive experience through internships at law firms and companies, allowing her to acquire a solid foundation in business law.
During her training at the EFB, Marine also completed an internship at a company in the luxury sector, where she developed skills in real estate law, distribution law, competition law, consumer law, and the drafting of various contracts in both French and English.

She then continued her professional experience at a law firm, first as a trainee lawyer and then as an associate lawyer, where she practiced both advisory and litigation law in various fields such as corporate law, gambling law, real estate law, and tax law.

This experience allowed her to refine her versatility and strengthen her ability to understand complex issues affecting several areas of business law.

Today, at ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, Marine draws on her entire career and skills to assist clients in resolving a variety of legal issues in business law. She provides both advisory and litigation services, with an ability to handle cross-disciplinary cases involving corporate law, commercial law, real estate law, and tax law.

Outside of work, Marine is passionate about travel and has already visited many countries around the world. She is also interested in theater and literature and enjoys hiking, activities that nurture her open-mindedness, dynamism, and analytical mind.
