Presentation and expertise:

Emma is a lawyer at ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, where she mainly works in corporate law and on development, restructuring, and transfer operations, while also handling various business law disputes.

With a Master's degree in business law and a Master's degree in corporate engineering, she then joined the Bar Training School in 2021-2022, to be sworn in in January 2023.

From her earliest professional experiences, Emma focused on corporate law, developing in-depth expertise in corporate law, private debt and financing, as well as private equity (LBOs, fundraising, etc.).

Throughout her career, Emma has been involved in a wide range of restructuring, financing, and investment transactions. Thanks to her expertise and cross-disciplinary approach to corporate law, she handles all legal matters relating to the life of a company or group of companies: creation and legal monitoring, drafting of shareholders' agreements, capital transactions, disposals, mergers, reorganizations, dissolutions, and liquidations.

This comprehensive technical training has enabled her to acquire a solid mastery of complex transactions, a keen sense of rigor, and an ability to effectively support companies in their structural legal challenges.

Today, at ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, Emma uses her expertise to assist clients in their development, restructuring, and transfer operations, as well as in their day-to-day legal matters, combining precision, responsiveness, and a keen understanding of economic issues. She also handles various business law disputes.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, an activity that reflects her dynamism, consistency, and desire to push herself to new heights.
