Presentation and expertise:

Chloé was sworn in as a lawyer in January 2022 and now works at the law firm ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, where she fully exercises her expertise in labor law. 

With a Master's degree in Labor Relations Law and a Diploma in Corporate Legal Advice from the Institute of Business Law at the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence, Chloé has acquired solid knowledge of labor and business law.

Her various internships in companies, as a labor relations officer, have also enabled her to acquire a practical approach to labor law and to familiarize herself with the various issues faced by employers.

During her training, Chloé completed internships at law firms, where she was involved in managing litigation cases, drafting collective agreements, and monitoring legal developments, thereby consolidating her experience in advisory and litigation services in the field of labor law.

Chloé began her career as a lawyer at a leading law firm specializing in labor law, where she consolidated her expertise in both labor court litigation and strategic consulting for companies.

At ALQUIER & ASSOCIES, Chloé assists companies in the day-to-day management of their labor law issues and also helps employees defend their interests. She is involved in drafting and analyzing documents, implementing disciplinary procedures, and managing litigation before the labor court. Her specialized training enables her to provide precise and practical legal expertise in the handling of individual and collective labor relations.

Outside of her professional life, Chloé runs—sometimes after the ball, sometimes after the clock—with tennis and running being her favorite ways to maintain her perseverance.
