Alexandre Alquier is a French business lawyer, registered with the Saint-Denis de La Réunion Bar Association since November 21, 2007. He began his career in 1992 as an intern, then as a lawyer in a large law firm in Marseille, while pursuing studies in accounting and economics. He then enrolled at the Aix-Marseille Faculty of Law to study business law, before entering the École des Avocats des Barreaux du Sud-Est (Law School of the Southeast Bar Association). He holds a Diploma in Corporate Legal Advice (DJCE), a postgraduate degree in corporate taxation, and a doctorate in private law with honors.

After being sworn in, Maître Alquier founded the ALBA JURIS law firm in Marseille, which later became ALQUIER & ASSOCIES when he moved to Réunion in 2011. His firm has established itself as a major player in business law, focusing on corporate groups, insurance companies, and innovative projects. At the same time, he has assisted prominent figures from the worlds of art and sport in areas such as taxation, labor law, corporate law, and press law.

In 2022, while maintaining his activities in France, Maître Alquier decided to move to the United States to assist French and European residents, or those wishing to settle there. He entered into a partnership with the American law firm EPGD Business Law in Miami as Of Counsel, enabling him to respond to requests on both continents.
Maître Alquier was a member of the Saint-Denis Bar Council for seven years, a member of the Disciplinary Council for two years, and an administrator of the Bar's CARPA for two years. In 2022, he also obtained a certification in digital marketing from the École Polytechnique and the Institut Mines-Télécom.

Today, Alexandre Alquier continues to practice in France with his teams and in the United States, offering his expertise in business law to a diverse clientele.
